Returns

We take pride in our plasticwood composite decking product quality and customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item and we've made this process as straightforward as possible.

  • 30-day return period from the date of delivery

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • All packaging materials and fitting kits must be complete

  • £75 collection fee applies for standard returns

  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned items

Custom Orders

  • Made-to-measure or custom-coloured products cannot be returned unless faulty

  • Special order items are non-refundable once production has begun

  • Please check all specifications carefully before ordering custom items

Damaged or Faulty Items

  • Please inspect your goodsupon delivery

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

  • Take photographs of any damage before signing for delivery

  • We'll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you

  • Our quality control team will inspect returned items

How to Return

  • Contact our customer service team

  • Provide your order number and reason for return

  • We'll email you return instructions and labels

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging

  • Our courier will collect on the arranged date

Important Notes

  • All returns must be authorised in advance

  • Items must be adequately packaged for return transit

  • Damaged returns due to poor packaging may not be accepted

  • Refunds include original purchase price only

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable
