We take pride in our plasticwood composite decking product quality and customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item and we've made this process as straightforward as possible.
30-day return period from the date of delivery
Items must be unused and in original packaging
All packaging materials and fitting kits must be complete
£75 collection fee applies for standard returns
Refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned items
Custom Orders
Made-to-measure or custom-coloured products cannot be returned unless faulty
Special order items are non-refundable once production has begun
Please check all specifications carefully before ordering custom items
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your goodsupon delivery
Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Take photographs of any damage before signing for delivery
We'll arrange collection and replacement at no cost to you
Our quality control team will inspect returned items
